Stacie McCans, owner & principal designer, ASID

As the founder and lead designer of Paxton Place Design, Stacie has spent her career turning her childhood passion for design into a thriving business. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Interior Design and a Minor in Art (1990), she brings over a decade of experience as a Registered Interior Designer in Texas. Her active memberships in the American Society of Interior Designers and the Texas Association for Interior Design reflect her dedication to advancing the profession. Stacie thrives on creating spaces that enhance her clients' lives, blending artistry and practicality in every project.

Jessica Schmidt, senior designer

Since joining Paxton Place Design in 2018, Jessica has become known for her meticulous attention to detail and artistic approach to every project . Her ability to fine-tune even the smallest aspects of a design ensures that each space is cohesive, functional, and uniquely tailored to the client’s needs.

Alison Pipes, designer & drafter

Alison joined Paxton Place Design with a knack for problem-solving and a love for all things design. She received a BA in interior design from the University of North Texas with a minor in home furnishings merchandising. Using her CAD skills, she creates detailed drawings to bring the big ideas to life. She sees every project as a puzzle to solve, finding the perfect balance bet ween function and style.
